There are two things I’m quite fond of: words and pictures. I love to tell a story with words, and I equally enjoy the story that can be found through images.
I’m taking the challenge to write for 31 days on the topic of telling your story through images. Why you should do it. How to improve. What to do with your images. How to organize them. These are just a few of the things I’ll be talking about.
God blessed me with the love of a family. It’s where my heart is and where I experience His love the most.
My family photo albums are one of my most precious treasures. You hear people say they would grab the family albums first thing if the house was on fire. The reason is those pictures tell a beautiful story they don’t want to forget.
We get busy, the days all seem the same, and suddenly time passes and our kids grow up. But when we pull out those albums we remember and it takes us back, slows time down a little, and helps us recall those beautiful, crazy days.
I want to encourage you to not let too many days pass before you pick up that camera. Snap those ordinary moments. Those are the ones that count.
Thanks for reading!
