This past weekend we did a really fun class with pumpkins. We decorated the tops of them with moss and other fall items, added a cotton stem or wood stick to use as a diffuser, and ended up with some pretty pumpkin decor that doubles as a diffuser.
After choosing our pumpkin we washed it with Thieves household cleaner to prevent mold and kill germs. This will make our pumpkins last longer.
Then we started gluing and decorating. The tops of the pumpkins aren’t cut off, you just make a wreath with the moss and glue it all down.f
The succulents are just glued in too. They need a little mist of water every day to keep them alive.
I love having my pumpkin diffuser on my desk at school. I’ve been adding Christmas spirit oil to my wood stick and I can smell it all day.
