Last year I gathered up a few props and hung up a sheet for a little photobooth fun at my daughter’s birthday party. We found the props again just the other day and had some fun all over again.
We loved the resulting photos from her party and forced persuaded everyone to participate, even the grown-ups! I made my daughter a little book of all the photos from her birthday and they are so fun.
If you’re looking to add some new flair to your birthday parties, it’s easy to print and cut out a few online photobooth props or gather up a few things from the dollar store. Hang up a sheet or use a white wall and presto! you’ve got yourself a fun and easy photo scene. It’s going to be a hit with the kids because they get to choose their own accessories and it will be fun for you to have some different pictures from the birthday party.
Last year I set up my camera on a tripod and handed the guests my remote trigger so they could take their own pictures, but you could designate a photographer if you don’t have a remote or tripod. Either way, the result is a lot of fun and memorable pictures.
Here are a few fun props I found that you can print:
Oh Happy Day!
Living Locurto
The Letter 4
Try this out at your next party and be sure and let me know how it turns out!
