What does life look like when you’re living out your dream?
“There are worse things in life than driving a tractor.” These were the words her oldest son said to her before he dropped out of college to become a farmer. It wasn’t long before her husband was knee deep in a corn field too and they’d bought a farm of their own. A few years later, they sold their home and moved out to their farm land.
Their home, nestled between corn fields and the bayou was bustling with their four grown children, their spouses and kids the day I arrived, and that’s just how Mrs. Rambin likes it.
Mr. Rambin is getting close to trading in his business suits for blue jeans permanently and joining his sons in their work on the farm.
It has become clearer to me lately that living your dream is doing what you love and surrounding yourself with people you love.
Are you living your dream?
Those are GREAT!
oh wow, although i know my family would never cut it as farmers, it would be an incredible blessing to live and work alongside my parents, siblings and their families.what a great dream to live out!
